[Portuguese_icannwiki] Site Maintenance

Hi to all!

Today ICANNWiki will be undergoing a scheduled migration to a new server,
at which point icannwiki.com will be moved to icannwiki.org. There
shouldn't be any down time for the site itself, but because I have to
migrate the database, I will be putting the site in ReadOnly mode, so no
edits will be recorded.

The Maintenance and migration will be taking place today, Friday, 24
February at 16:00 UTC and editing will once again be enabled around 18:00
UTC. The site will be available for reading during this time.
